Good coffee. Good people.
Folks is a coffee shop in Ciudad Juárez with a simple idea at its heart: coffee brings people together, and the people make the place.
The Story
Our work began with that sense of belonging. We wanted the merchandise to carry the spirit of Folks beyond the café, giving people another way to feel part of the place.
The direction drew from everyday coffee rituals and the conversations around them, bringing a little humor and a clear message into pieces people could wear in their own way.
What We Made
Boxmellow designed merchandise graphics centered on expressive typography and the line “GOOD COFFEE. GOOD PEOPLE.” A bold white graphic on a dark T-shirt put the message front and center, with the Folks Coffee name woven into the composition.
The result translates the café’s community idea into a wearable piece of graphic design, made to live beyond the counter and become part of someone’s everyday wardrobe.
